Typhoon has now definitely earned in Sweet Katicat the title of “Father of the Year 2026”. The father of these little ones is also our proud Italian/Croatian boy. SerenaMaria, on the other hand, gave birth for the first time, but what a good mother she is! The two little ones appeared almost two hours apart. The mother stayed in the nest nicely and has been feeding the little ones herself from the beginning. Since the Marcela W2 girls live in our regular baby room, SerenaMaria stayed peacefully in the living room with her little ones. Serena is very confident and doesn’t even raise an eyebrow when we have small children visiting.
The X2 litter is very much expected in our Sweet Katicat cattery. Serena is the only offspring of our proud purple masked male. CH FI*Canth’s Amore Armani tried luck with several females, but only Mercedes managed to get one offspring from him. Now that SerenaMaria has two puppies, we can say that it is already a 100% better result. The boy’s second name is grandfather’s nickname – Otto. The girl also has one of his grandfather’s names. I think the little round XiAmore will stay with our kennel. I would ideally like to find a foster family for little XaviOtto. So I am not in a hurry to give these little ones up. If there is a nice family in Tallinn or nearby who would like to offer him a home, please let me know. However, if you do not want to participate in the breeding work, he is also available as a pet. In the meantime, I’ll happily post pictures and activities of the little ones here.
Oh yeah! I wanted to mention that SerenaMaria is such a confident and good female cat. She also helped the mother of the Y2 litter. But that’s another story… I’m happily and excitedly adding pictures of the X2 litter here.
