Yune gave birth a little earlier than the right time and chose SerenaMaria’s nest for it. She just quietly infiltrated like some kind of immigrant and stared at Serena’s babies there. Then at one point there were squeaks and there was a little kitten weighing 78g in the nest. The other 66g unfortunately did not survive. To my great surprise, Yune was not thrown “out into the street” with that squeaking stick. It turned out that SerenaMaria is a very confident and good female cat. She also helped Yune cope and together they are raising their own litters. Strange situations unfolded in front of me every time I went to examine/check on them. I have very rare pictures of this peculiar family. Yune is with more modest character and Serena then manages the whole matter in her businesslike way. Sometimes Serena feeds the smallest one and then her children take a nap in Yune’s arms. I moved the whole group to a separate room away from the noise of the living room. The little guy’s name came to me very quickly and I’ll explain the meaning just in case. YOLO stands for You Only Live Once. Young people usually use this expression as a justification for making spontaneous, exciting or even risky decisions, forgetting for a moment the consequences of the future. In the case of this kitty boy, it mainly means his thirst for life and his great desire to live his life anyway. He took that risk! When both mothers were out of the nest, little YOLO sought warmth in the cuddles of his older half-sister. I think I’ll never forget XiAmore’s surprised face. Just like I won’t forget my summer vacation in 2026, which was spent worrying about these tiny characters and watching the miracles of Life. Below you can see the pictures, where the smallest is the character of this Y2 litter and the bigger X2.
